Scenthound is seeking an Assistant Manager in Green Bay to lead a small team, deliver excellent customer service, and drive store performance. You will oversee daily operations, coach staff, and ensure adherence to dog wellness standards while managing revenue and costs alongside the area manager.

The role requires strong leadership, a commitment to guest satisfaction, and the ability to work Saturdays. Physical stamina and reliable transportation are essential as you help run a busy pet service

Scenthound is not your everyday dog grooming shop. We are a revolutionary concept disrupting an outdated industry, focused on the dog’s overall health and wellness, not only haircuts! Our membership-based business model allows dogs to receive routine maintenance and consistent care.

As the assistant manager, you will effectively be running your own small business. You will be managing the team, interacting with & serving customers, and managing revenue and cost budgets alongside the area manager.

We are looking for a confident leader who is great with people, hardworking, and willing to learn. A successful assistant manager will be capable of managing operations of the store to Key Performance Indicators, while also willing to roll up their sleeves and help out wherever is needed. We are looking for someone who is an independent problem solver, adaptable, detail-oriented, and loves dogs!

Tasks:
