Responsibilities

• Maintaining restaurant cleanliness, safety protocols and proper food preparation/presentation.
• Ensuring guests have a positive dining experience by addressing complaints and providing timely service.
• Supervising, training, and developing team members to meet Applebee's standards.
• Assisting with inventory management, cost control and profitability.
• Leading and motivating staff to meet daily goals and manage schedules.
• Recruiting, onboarding and training new employees, with opportunities for growth.
• Serving as a point of contact for staff, vendors and internal teams.
