Job summary

Applebee's in LaGrange, KY is seeking a capable restaurant supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold Applebee's standards.

You will supervise staff, support training, manage schedules, and contribute to profitability while delivering friendly, high‑quality service with a hands‑on approach.

Compensation ranges from $42,000 to $55,000 per year, plus a quarterly bonus, 401K, health/dental/vision, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of supervisory experience in casual dining preferred.
• Experience teaching and training staff preferred.
• Strong personal and professional integrity.
• Ability to deal with confidential information and/or issues using discretion and good judgment.

• Ability to solve problems on the go.

Responsibilities:

Operational Excellence: Maintaining restaurant cleanliness, adhering to safety and security protocols, and ensuring proper food preparation and presentation.

Guest Experience: Ensuring guests have a positive dining experience by addressing complaints, providing timely and friendly service, and actively engaging with customers.

Financial Performance: Assisting with inventory management, cost control, and maximizing profitability.
