Job summary

Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to access high-quality goods for customers and provide exceptional service in stores and in customers' homes. The role blends credit/collections, customer care, and hands-on deliveries across in-store and field settings.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in retail or collections, with a HS diploma and a valid driver’s license. You should enjoy helping customers, be reliable, and capable of lifting moderate loads when assisting with product

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: Positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts on a daily basis.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through 'white glove' service with a servant's heart in our stores and in customer's homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Load/unload and install products safely and compliant with procedures; travel as needed.
• Merchandising: Maintain an inviting store with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
