Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to manage credit and collections, while delivering exceptional customer service. This role also involves coordinating product deliveries and pickups, and maintaining attractive merchandising in-store and in customers’ homes.

The position requires 1–3 years in retail or related fields, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a valid driver’s license with a clean record. Excellent communication and a customer-first attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid state driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: positively impact growth and revenue through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer service: provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences with a servant’s heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products safely and compliantly, following transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting store with organized products and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
