Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring a Credit Assistant Manager in the Brewer area to drive credit, collections, and exceptional customer service in our stores and customer homes.

You will handle deliveries, pickups, and merchandising while upholding safety and service standards. This role requires 1-3 years in retail or related fields, a HS diploma, and a valid driver’s license; expect weekly pay and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver’s license and good driving record - You WILL be driving the company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move product such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: positively impact growth by communicating with customers and collecting on accounts.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant’s heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely following procedures.
