Job summary

Rent-A-Center is hiring for a Credit Assistant Manager position. In this role you will handle credit and collections, deliver white-glove customer service in-store and at customers’ homes, and coordinate deliveries and merchandising to maintain an inviting store environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years in retail or collections, a high school diploma or equivalent, is at least 18, and holds a valid driver’s license. We offer a full-time schedule with weekly pay and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old; valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: communicate with customers to collect on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences in-store and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products safely, following procedures.
• Merchandising: keep store inviting and organized for customers and staff.
