Rent-A-Center in Milledgeville, GA is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to positively impact growth by managing collections and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You will drive in-store and in-home service, handle deliveries and pickups, and sustain organized merchandising to attract customers and support sales goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Credit and collections: communicate with customers to collect on accounts daily.
• Customer service: deliver friendly, top‑notch service in stores and in customers’ homes.
• Deliveries & pickups: load/unload and install products following safety rules.
• Merchandising: keep the store clean, organized and inviting for customers.
