Job summary

Rent-A-Center in Mount Clemens, MI is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to handle credit and collections while delivering exceptional customer service in stores and in customers' homes. The role includes coordinating deliveries and pickups, and supporting merchandising to maintain a welcoming, organized store environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of retail or collections experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail or customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; valid state driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: positively impact growth and revenue by contacting customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: assist with loading/unloading and installation of products in a safe, compliant manner.
• Merchandising: keep the store inviting with organized product and cleanliness for customers and coworkers.
