Tropical Smoothie Café at United Premium Brands is seeking a Café Shift Lead to inspire excellent guest experiences and develop a friendly, high-performing crew. You will supervise 2–5 team members per shift, ensure food safety, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment while delivering fast, accurate orders.

Physical Requirements:

• Bending, lifting, and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice, or trash removal.

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift

• Participate in all Tropical Smoothie Café training programs

Schedule:

• Ability to meet schedule requirements and is a reliable performer.

• Ability to work up to a 20-40 hour work week

Compensation and Benefits:

• Pay $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
