Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Café, part of United Premium Brands, is seeking a Café Assistant Manager in Fishers, IN to lead a small crew and deliver exceptional hospitality. You will monitor daily operations, engage with customers, and help execute promotions.

This role offers pay between $15.00 and $18.00 per hour, plus tips, with benefits after 60 days, paid training, time off, and growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have QSR experience, strong communication, and the ability to lead 2–7 teammates per

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1+ years QSR experience preferred.
• Experience in hiring, training, and developing team members.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Excellent menu and product knowledge.
• Desire to improve self and skill sets.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence in both front and back of house.
• Ability to lead a crew of 2 to 7 people per shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitors sales growth and cost control against budgeted expectations to ensure profit goals.
• Maintains and exceeds customer expectations to build brand loyalty.
• Presents a consistent and professional image by maintaining sanitation and appearance standards.
• Executes marketing and sales programs and follows guidelines.
• Builds café sales by cultivating relationships in the business community and local store marketing campaigns.
• Interacts with Crew Members and customers using unique brand tone.
• Prepares ingredients for food and smoothies.
• Assembles and serves food and smoothies to standards.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other areas.
• Performs additional tasks to run the café.
