Onvo, the operator behind Burger King restaurants, is seeking an Assistant Manager in Monroe County, Tannersville. You will assist the General Manager in daily operations, drive sales, and help deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, train and develop a productive store team, maintain inventory, cash control, store appearance and complete daily paperwork, while upholding brand standards and health and safety requirements.

Job Description:The Burger King Assistant Manager is responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers with an entrepreneurial, sales-driven spirit for the company. A key priority includes assisting the GM in the daily operation of the restaurant. Under the direction of the GM, this position will also be responsible for maintaining inventories, cash control, restaurant appearance and completing daily paperwork. Candidates should be able to strategically recruit, train and develop a productive store team whose primary focus is promoting our brand while offering exceptional customer service. The AM should inspire and encourage teamwork towards successfully achieving sales goals, upholding daily operations and most importantly, create a fun and energized environment.Customer ServiceAssures a pleasant shopping experience for all customers, responds to customer complaints and solicits customer feedback and input.Regularly coaches team to provide and maintain a consistent high level of customer service.Clean, Safe and SecureMaintains a facility that is consistently “inspection ready” in all areas including food preparation, restrooms and all guest contact areas. Complies and maintains all Department of Health, internal company and brand inspection standards.Follows daily Safety Inspection/Emergency Response Protocols to quickly recognize and remove potential safety hazards to customers, employees and vendors while operating in a manner that does not put company property and assets at risk.Inventory ControlUnder the direction of the GM, the AM is responsible for maintaining inventories and store appearance.Treat inventory as if it is cash. All inventory variances researched, discussed and reported to the GM as early as possible.Makes sure all storage areas are clean and products are well organized and labeled with the date received.Sales GenerationProvides Support to the GM in meeting monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals. This involves setting individual sales goals, holding contests for employees and or offering sales promotions.
