Job summary

Burger King at Curtis Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Restaurant General Manager. You will help drive sales, guest satisfaction, profitability, and operational excellence while stepping in when the RGM isn’t present.

You’ll oversee daily operations across shifts, coach and develop team members, manage labor and costs, and uphold food safety and brand standards. This role offers growth toward a future Restaurant General Manager position through hands-on

• Help manage labor, staffing, scheduling, food cost, waste, inventory, and other controllable expenses.
• Hire, train, coach, recognize, and develop team members and shift leaders.
• Maintain food safety, workplace safety, Burger King standards, and operational compliance.
• Review shift and restaurant performance and take action when results are off track.
• Address guest concerns and team issues professionally and promptly.
• Partner with the RGM on staffing, retention, training, and restaurant improvement priorities.
• Maintain strong communication with team members, leadership, vendors, and other partners.

What We’re Looking For

Required

• At least 18 years old.

Preferred

• 2-4 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience with restaurant P&L, labor, food cost, or other financial metrics.
• Experience hiring, training, and developing employees.
