Burger King | Curtis Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will oversee the management team, coach staff, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

The role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and a commitment to safety and hospitality. You will drive profitability, manage the P&L, and partner with district leadership to support local marketing and community initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own the restaurant P&L and use sales, labor, food cost, waste, and other financial metrics to improve profitability.
• Develop and execute plans to grow sales and strengthen restaurant performance.
• Lead the restaurant team with clear expectations, consistent coaching, and accountability.
• Hire, train, certify, recognize, and develop Team Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers.
• Maintain high standards for speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience.
• Review restaurant performance regularly, identify root causes, and take corrective action.
• Build staffing plans that support strong retention, service, and restaurant performance.
• Ensure compliance with Burger King standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Manage inventory, waste, cash controls, maintenance, and other restaurant operating systems.
• Partner with district leadership and support local marketing and community initiatives.
• Create a culture where people feel respected, supported, challenged, and recognized for strong performance.

• The RGM develops future leaders and creates a healthy, high-performing team culture.

What We're Looking For

Required

• At least 18 years old.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business judgment.

Preferred

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience owning or managing a restaurant P&L.
• Experience with sales, labor, food cost, inventory, and team development.
