Curtis Hospitality Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for Burger King in Pendleton, SC. You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive sales, profitability, guest satisfaction, and team performance while stepping in when the RGM is away.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, coaching staff, monitoring costs, and upholding food safety and brand standards. The role emphasizes leadership, teamwork, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

• Maintain strong communication with team members, leadership, vendors, and other partners.

What We're Looking For

Required

• At least 18 years old.

Preferred

• 2–4 years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience with restaurant P&L, labor, food cost, or other financial metrics.
