Curtis Hospitality Group seeks an experienced Restaurant General Manager in Anderson, SC. You will lead the restaurant’s operation, drive profitability, and coach a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The Opportunity

Restaurant General Managers are the business leaders of their restaurants. You are accountable for sales, profitability, operational excellence, guest experience, and talent development. You will lead your management team, build a high-performing culture, and use restaurant performance data to make decisions that improve results.

What You'll Do

• Own the restaurant P&l and use sales, labor, food cost, waste, and other financial metrics to improve profitability.
• Develop and execute plans to grow sales and strengthen restaurant performance.
• Lead the restaurant team with clear expectations, consistent coaching, and accountability.
• Hire, train, certify, recognize, and develop Team Members, Shift Leaders, and Assistant Managers.
• Maintain high standards for speed of service, food quality, cleanliness, safety, and guest experience.
• Review restaurant performance regularly, identify root causes, and take corrective action.
• Build staffing plans that support strong retention, service, and restaurant performance.
• Ensure compliance with Burger King standards, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Manage inventory, waste, cash controls, maintenance, and other restaurant operating systems.
• Partner with district leadership and support local marketing and community initiatives.
• Create a culture where people feel respected, supported, challenged, and recognized for strong performance.

• Sales and profitability are consistently managed against goals.
• Labor, food cost, waste, and other controllable expenses are actively managed.
• The restaurant delivers a strong guest experience and consistently meets operating standards.
• The management team is staffed, trained, developed, and held accountable.

What We're Looking For

Required

• At least 18 years old.
• Strong leadership, communication, and business judgment.
• Ability to analyze performance and make confident decisions.

• Ability to work a flexible restaurant schedule.
• Commitment to guest experience, safety, and operational excellence.

Preferred

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience.
• Experience owning or managing a restaurant P&L.
• Experience with sales, labor, food cost, inventory, and team development.
