Job summary

Olympus Property in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager to support residents, manage operations, and maintain accurate financial records. You will collaborate with Leasing team, handle resident services, and contribute to community events to drive retention.

The role requires on-site presence at Sedona Ranch property, Monday–Friday 9am–6pm with occasional after-hours events; prior on-site apartment experience and knowledge of property management software are strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• On-site experience at an apartment community is required.
• Familiarity with property management software is preferred.
• Strong communication and resident service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents and Leasing team with leasing shows.
• Maintain office and resident files with confidentiality.
• Process rent collections and deposit receipts daily.
• Inspect apartments prior to move-in and prepare units for tenants.
• Support events and resident retention efforts and community activities.
