KnitWell Group, owner of LOFT stores, seeks an Assistant Manager in Midland, TX to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. You will lead on the sales floor and coach staff to deliver exceptional service on a seamless omnichannel platform.

With 1+ year of retail management experience and a hospitality mindset, you will leverage technology and POS systems to drive results and help recruit, hire, and develop talent under the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
