LOFT in Peoria, AZ is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and nurture a positive store culture. You will lead on the sales floor, coach associates, and drive omnichannel shopping experiences.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year retail management experience, hospitality mindset, and strong business sense. This role offers regular/full-time hours with benefit eligibility and opportunities for bonuses.
