LOFT at KnitWell Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and nurture a strong store culture for associates.

You will lead on the sales floor, connect with customers, coach teammates, and promote an inclusive, high-performing shopping environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience

• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
