Job summary

LOFT in Houston, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. You will lead on the sales floor, model the brand's behaviors, and nurture relationships with customers and teammates to drive confidence and connection.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of retail management experience, a hospitality mindset when engaging with customers, and comfort with technology and POS systems.

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
