Job summary

LOFT in Wayne, NJ is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. You will lead on the sales floor and model the brand's behaviors to engage customers.

Bring 1+ year of retail management, a hospitality mindset, tech proficiency with a POS system, and strong business acumen to drive results. You will assist in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent, enabling an engaging omnichannel experience.
