Job summary

LOFT is seeking an Assistant Manager for Store 0666-River Forest Town Center, River Forest, IL. You will support customer experience, lead on the sales floor, and nurture a strong store culture with associates.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year retail management, a hospitality mindset, tech proficiency with POS, and a proven ability to drive results while coaching the team. Regular/full-time role with benefits and advancement opportunities.

As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. Your role as a store leader is an opportunity to nurture relationships with both customers and associates.

• You’ll bring to the role 1+ year retail management experience (preferred).
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates.
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
