LOFT is looking for an Assistant Manager to support customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates in San Antonio, TX. You will lead on the sales floor, model brand behaviors, and coach the team to deliver exceptional service.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year retail management experience, a hospitality mindset, and strong business acumen. You will leverage technology and collaborate with leadership to drive results and a seamless omnichannel experience.
