Job summary

Dominium Management Services is seeking an Assistant Manager for Harbor at Twin Lakes in Roseville, MN. You will support the Community Manager with daily property operations at a 277-unit community, ensuring occupancy and customer service excellence.

The role requires 1–2 years of property management experience and familiarity with Yardi; evenings and weekends may be needed. A supportive team and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
