Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Park Haven, a 176-unit community in Brooklyn Park, MN. You will support the Community Manager with daily property operations and resident relations.

This role requires 1–2 years in property management, experience with Section 8/42 or market-rate, and proficiency with Yardi. Evening and weekend availability may be required; compensation is $19–$21 per hour with a 5% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
