Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Harbor at Twin Lakes, a 277-unit community in Roseville, MN. You will support the Community Manager with daily operations, maintain occupancy, foster resident relations, and ensure excellent service.

The role requires 1–2 years of property management experience (Section 8/42 or market rate preferred) and flexibility to work some evenings and weekends. Compensation is $21–$23 per hour plus a 5% bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
