Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager at Harbor at Twin Lakes, a 277-unit apartment community in Roseville, MN. You will support the Community Manager with daily property operations, leasing and guest relations, helping to maintain occupancy and resident satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years of property management experience (Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate preferred) and the flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of property management experience preferred.
• Experience with Section 8/Section 42 and/or Market Rate properties preferred.
• Able to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals.
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service.
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and support site personnel.
• Establish positive relationships within the community.
• Be on-call as scheduled by management.
