Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager to join our multi-site team at Legends of Apple Valley and Grainwood in Prior Lake and Apple Valley, MN. You will support the Community Manager with the daily operations of the properties and help maintain a positive living environment for residents.

Requirements include 1–2 years of property management experience, Section 8/Section 42 or market-rate familiarity, and the ability to work occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
