Job summary

Dominium is seeking an Assistant Manager for Harbor at Twin Lakes, a 277-unit community in Roseville, MN. You will support the Community Manager with daily property operations, focus on occupancy, resident relations, and service standards.

Qualified candidates have 1–2 years of property management experience, familiarity with Section 8/42 or market-rate programs, and experience with Yardi software. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years previous property management experience preferred.
• Section 8, Section 42, and/or Market Rate experience preferred.
• Yardi software experience preferred.
• Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain stable occupancy and meet budgeted financial goals
• Build strong resident relations and provide excellent customer service
• Assist the Community Manager to train, direct, motivate, and assist site personnel
• Establish positive relationships within the community
• Be on-call as scheduled by management
