Job summary

Domino's in Henderson, KY is seeking a dedicated full-time team leader to oversee daily shifts, drive profitability, manage cash and inventory, and lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service.

The role requires supervising staff, adhering to company policies, coordinating with store management, and supporting staffing, paperwork, and local marketing efforts while maintaining cleanliness and high standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Food service management a plus.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift. This includes all cost controls, inventory control, cash control, profitability and customer relations. You must set the example.
• You must follow all company policies and procedures and expect the same from your crew.
• Additional responsibilities may include: staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to company standards, providing great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, maintaining store cleanliness and local store marketing.
• Must work well with team members and other store management.
