Job summary

Domino's in Radcliff, Kentucky is seeking a dedicated individual for a full-time shift supervisory role. You will oversee all activities during your shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash handling, profitability, and customer relations, while setting an example for staff.

The position requires 18+ years old with some supervisory experience; food service management is a plus. Benefits include paid training, meal discounts, health insurance eligibility after 30+ hours/week, and growth

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash handling, profitability, and customer relations.
• Follow all company policies and procedures and uphold them with your crew.
• May include staffing, paperwork, food management, adherence to standards, delivering great customer service, attendance and punctuality, transportation to/from work, store cleanliness, and local store marketing.
• Work well with team members and other store management.
