• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of shifts
• Manage and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards
• Handle customer interactions and resolve issues to ensure excellent customer service
• Manage cash operations and maintain accurate financial records
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
• Participate in hands‑on tasks including answering phones, taking orders, and food preparation
• Contribute to a positive work environment and team morale
• Assist in training and developing new team members
• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
