Job summary

Wingstop in Wichita Falls, TX is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily restaurant operations and report to the General Manager.

You will lead shifts, ensure quality, speed, accuracy and cleanliness, manage labor and costs, and coach team members through training and recruiting support. This role requires strong leadership, 1–2 years supervisory experience in food service, and proficiency with Word and Excel; evenings and weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills essential.
