Job summary

Wingstop is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the daily operations of our restaurant, reporting to the General Manager. You will lead shifts, drive performance, and help train team members while maintaining food quality, speed, accuracy and cleanliness.

You will also assist with recruiting and guest interactions, requiring 18+ years old, HS diploma recommended, and 1–2 years supervisory experience in food service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• 1–2 years of supervisory experience in food service recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills required.
• Able to prioritize tasks, delegate work and solve problems.
