Job summary

Wingstop – Vibe Restaurants in Weaverville, NC is seeking an Assistant Manager to support daily operations and uphold high standards of food quality, speed, accuracy, and cleanliness. You'll lead shift operations, manage cash, train and coach team members, and monitor labor, sales, and costs while ensuring exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in food service (1-2 years) recommended.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent recommended.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
