Staab Management is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Pizza Hut franchise to lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will help with scheduling, hiring, and training while maintaining quality food and a clean restaurant.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old requirement.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation and access to reliable commuting.
• Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Leadership or supervisory experience (restaurant experience preferred).
• Strong communication and team-building skills.
• Positive, high-energy attitude with hands-on leadership approach.
• Excellent organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math, problem-solving and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts and support daily restaurant operations.
• Coach, motivate and develop team members.
• Ensure great guest service, food quality and cleanliness standards.
