Job summary

Staab Management is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Pizza Hut franchise. You will lead shifts, coach staff, and ensure high guest satisfaction while maintaining food quality and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, labor control, and working toward sales goals in a fast-paced setting. Provide training, onboard new hires, and support local store initiatives with a positive, energetic leadership style.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in a restaurant setting preferred.
• Ability to work peak hours with flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays).
• Demonstrates strong guest service, communication and problem-solving skills.
