Ben & Jerry's Connecticut is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run the shop, motivate the team, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. You will lead scoopers and shift leads, manage daily operations, and uphold legendary guest service in a fun, values-driven setting.

This hands-on leadership role offers growth toward Shop Manager, with flexible schedules and paid leadership training as you develop your team and contribute to the store's goals.
