Ben & Jerry's Connecticut is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead the shop, motivate the team, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile. This hands-on leadership role lives in a fun, values-driven environment where growth and unlimited ice cream are part of the deal.

You will oversee daily ops, coach staff, and help the shop hit goals while supporting community events. Paid leadership training and a clear growth path to become Shop Manager await the right candidate.

• Keep daily ops on point: cash, inventory, schedules, opens/closes

• Hold it down when the Shop Manager is out
