Job summary

Ben & Jerry's Connecticut in New Haven is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead our shop with purpose. You will motivate and develop your team, manage daily operations, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile and great ice cream.

You will set the standard for legendary guest service and help your team grow together. This hands-on leadership role offers real growth, paid leadership training, flexible schedules, and a clear path toward Shop Manager.
