Job summary

Ben & Jerry's Connecticut is looking for an Assistant Manager who can lead with purpose and grow with us. You will help run the shop, coach scoopers and shift leads, and keep daily operations on point—from cash and inventory to schedules and opens/closes—while delivering a memorable guest experience.

This hands-on leadership role offers flexible growth, paid leadership training, and a path to Store Manager in a values-driven, ice-cream-filled environment.

• Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
