Pizza Hut in Wasilla, AK is seeking an Assistant Manager to be the right hand to the General Manager. You will lead daily operations, coach team members, assist with hiring, training, and scheduling, and ensure quality, speed, and service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, good communication, reliability, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. You may supervise shifts, open or close, handle cash, and promote a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Previous restaurant or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations with ease.
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 lbs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pass background check.
