Team Wireless - Verizon Authorized Retailer is hiring full-time assistants who enjoy technology and customer service. You will work with the store team to learn our business, assist in sales, and ensure excellent guest experiences in a lively retail setting.

First two pay periods include $25.00 per hour during training; the role offers bonuses, insurance, retirement plans, PTO, holidays and opportunities for advancement within Verizon-related products and services.

Team Wireless, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, has immediate openings for people who enjoy technology and have outstanding people skills to join our team of Verizon Wireless Sales Associate Champions! As a Team Wireless/Verizon Assistant Manager, you will work side by side with your store manager and teammates, learning about our business, Verizon products and services and develop valuable skills. Your ultimate mission will be to provide our guests with outstanding service in a fun, energetic and supportive environment.

As a Team Wireless/Verizon Assistant Manager, your day to day looks something like this:

• Assisting in managing and motivating their staff to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Utilizing outreach tools to help educate guests about the amazing deals and services at Team Wireless, an authorized agent of Verizon Wireless.
• Creating an amazing customer environment by maintaining the store appearance and ensuring all inventory is on display and looking fantastic!
• Leading by example, personally demonstrating sales success with an emphasis on integrity

As a Team Wireless/Verizon Assistant Manager, we are looking for the following skill set:

• Strong person to person communication skills.
• At least one year or wireless is preferred
• A customer service and sales mindset and attitude.
• Basic computer, Microsoft office and Apple and/or Android knowledge.
