Job summary

Team Wireless is seeking a results-driven Assistant Manager to support the store manager and team in delivering outstanding customer service and achieving sales goals. You will learn Verizon products and services, lead by example, and help create a welcoming, energetic store environment.

Compensation includes training pay, performance bonuses, and a comprehensive benefits package after 60 days. Travel and weekend hours may be required, with opportunities for advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and sales mindset.
• At least 1 year of wireless/retail experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including some nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

As a Team Wireless/Verizon Assistant Manager, your day to day looks something like this:

• Assisting in managing and motivating their staff to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Utilizing outreach tools to help educate guests about the amazing deals and services at Team Wireless, an authorized agent of Verizon Wireless.
• Creating an amazing customer environment by maintaining the store appearance and ensuring all inventory is on display and looking fantastic!

As a Team Wireless/Verizon Assistant Manager, we are looking for the following skill set:

• Strong person to person communication skills.
• At least one year or wireless is preferred
• A customer service and sales mindset and attitude.
• Basic computer, Microsoft office and Apple and/or Android knowledge.
