Job summary

Team Wireless is seeking energetic full-time Sales Associates in Minnesota to deliver outstanding customer service and build strong guest relationships. You will learn Verizon products and services and work with the store team to drive sales and delight customers.

Earn $25/hour during training and enjoy a comprehensive benefits package after 60 days, including medical/dental/vision, life insurance, 401(k) with match, PTO, and discounts.

As a Team Wireless/Verizon Sales Associate, you will work side by side with your store manager and teammates, learning about our business, Verizon products and services and develop valuable skills. • Providing an outstanding guest experience at our incredible locations.
• Utilizing outreach tools to help educate guests about the amazing deals and services at Team Wireless, an authorized agent of Verizon Wireless.
• Creating an amazing customer environment by maintaining the store appearance and ensuring all inventory is on display and looking fantastic!

As a Team Wireless/Verizon Sales Associate, we are looking for the following skill set:

• Strong person to person communication skills.
• A customer service and sales mindset and attitude.
• Basic computer, Microsoft office and Apple and/or Android knowledge.
