Job summary

Team Wireless, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, is hiring a full-time Assistant Manager to work with the store manager and team. You will learn about Verizon products, lead staff, and deliver outstanding guest service in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will contribute to a supportive environment, manage customer experiences, and drive sales while maintaining store presentation and inventory. Training wages apply and career advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Strong person to person communication skills.
• At least one year or wireless is preferred.
• A customer service and sales mindset and attitude.
• Basic computer, Microsoft office and Apple and/or Android knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Assisting in managing and motivating their staff to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Utilizing outreach tools to help educate guests about the amazing deals and services at Team Wireless, an authorized agent of Verizon Wireless.
• Creating an amazing customer environment by maintaining the store appearance and ensuring all inventory is on display and looking fantastic.
