Job summary

Team Wireless, a Verizon Authorized Retailer, seeks full-time Assistant Manager to lead a team and drive sales while learning Verizon products and services. You will work closely with the store manager to deliver outstanding guest experiences in a fun, energetic setting.

Training pays $25.00 per hour for the first two pay periods; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, life and disability insurance, and more. Opportunities for advancement are available.

Qualifications

• Strong person to person communication skills.
• At least one year of wireless sales experience preferred.
• Customer service and sales mindset and attitude.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Apple/Android knowledge.

As an Team Wireless/Verizon Assistant Manager, you will work side by side with your store manager and teammates, learning about our business, Verizon products and services and develop valuable skills. As a Team Wireless/Verizon Assistant Manager, your day‑to‑day looks something like this:

• Assisting in managing and motivating their staff to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Utilizing outreach tools to help educate guests about the amazing deals and services at Team Wireless, an authorized agent of Verizon Wireless.
• Creating an amazing customer environment by maintaining the store appearance and ensuring all inventory is on display and looking fantastic!

Leading by example, personally demonstrating sales success with an emphasis on integrity.

As a Team Wireless/Verizon Assistant Manager, we are looking for the following skill set:
