Job summary

Team Wireless is seeking a full-time Assistant Manager to join our Verizon Authorized Retailer team. You will work closely with the store manager and teammates to learn the business, Verizon products, and deliver outstanding guest service in a fun, energetic environment.

Responsibilities include leading staff to drive sales, educating guests on deals, and maintaining an inviting store. Team Wireless offers a comprehensive benefits package after 60 days and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• At least one year of wireless sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service mindset
• Flexible schedule including some nights, weekends and holidays

As a Team Wireless/Verizon Assistant Manager, you will work side by side with your store manager and teammates, learning about our business, Verizon products and services and develop valuable skills. As a Team Wireless/Verizon Assistant Manager, your day to day looks something like this:

• Assisting in managing and motivating their staff to increase sales and ensure efficiency.
• Utilizing outreach tools to help educate guests about the amazing deals and services at Team Wireless, an authorized agent of Verizon Wireless.
• Creating an amazing customer environment by maintaining the store appearance and ensuring all inventory is on display and looking fantastic!
• Leading by example, personally demonstrating sales success with an emphasis on integrity

As a Team Wireless/Verizon Assistant Manager, we are looking for the following skill set:

• Strong person to person communication skills.
• At least one year or wireless is preferred
• A customer service and sales mindset and attitude.
• Basic computer, Microsoft office and Apple and/or Android knowledge.
