Job summary

Fourteen Foods is seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager in Florida to uphold the brand standards and ensure exceptional customer service. You will assist with daily operations and learn restaurant management responsibilities while maintaining high quality food products and customer satisfaction.

The role requires 2+ years in a food-service leadership position, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar food service management role.
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must successfully pass a background check and motor vehicle record check.
• Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
